Alan has known Helen for about 15 years, so when she called to say she was engaged, we were overjoyed to be chosen to be a part of her big day. She mentioned that she and Dan were planning an engagement party and wanted some recent photos for a collage (as well as an eventual wedding guest signature book), so naturally we wanted to help them out. Engagement sessions are included in all our wedding packages, as it helps Alan get to know the couple, their likes, their personalities, their tastes. Both Helen and Dan are athletic, out-doorsey people, who love city life as well. Dan races pigeons, and he travels across the country enjoying this sport. Helen has taken up body sculpting, and she has a figure to die for! In fact, if I had to categorize them, I would say that they love life in all its variations, and they are game for anything. Helen had some ideas about what the session could be, Dan had some ideas, and Alan took those ideas and 'ran with them', creating some truly unique and amazing images of this couple. The three of them traveled from one end of the city limits to the other, from the stunning rocks and forests of the Cascades to Mission Marsh, from downtown Fort William to finally end up outside Armani's Night Club (where they originally met!) I think these images truly capture their outgoing,'not-settling-for-ordinary' natures, as well as a very sexy, romantic side of each of them! (Blush!)
