You may have noticed one major change in our website since Christmas - the lack of our Babies and Bellies portfolio. The past two years have been so busy for us with weddings, commercial, babies, grads and families that we knew at some point, something had to give. It was a hard decision for us, as some of the work Alan has done with little ones in the past few years has been simply amazing (check out our Double Trouble link, Santa Baby link and The Miracle of Hope link.) We have been looking for a while and have found a young and up-coming photographer who can take over where we have left off. Her name is Cynthia Vis and you can just tell from her work that she has both a love for and a gifting in photography. Cynthia is a busy mom of 4, and has been in love with photography ever since she was a little girl. Her uncle was an avid camera buff and mentor, and she recalls happily following him around on shoots and spending hours watching him in the dark room. She has a natural eye for composition, emotion and mood, and has taken several courses outside of Thunder Bay to turn that natural talent into skill. We are more than happy to be referring all our newborn clients (and their parents!) to Cynthia at Sunny Creek Studio.
